Greetings! I’m Nancy Poznak, the founder of BotaniCuisine.
Plant-based, vegan-friendly foods are more popular than ever!
Millions of dollars are being invested in vegan foods, including versions
of many animal-based foods we're accustomed to enjoying. Millions of people seek a dining experience that includes plant-based foods, and often choose restaurants offering vegan options that satisfy the needs of everyone at the table.
I work with local food vendors and can recommend food suppliers which carry plant-based foods. I visit restaurants in Maryland, in the Baltimore, Frederick,
and Columbia areas and will be expanding BotaniCuisine’s restaurant outreach
in the future.
My background is in health and wellness, with a Master’s of Science in health science, and certification as a Community Health Education Specialist.
I am also a Vegan Lifestyle and Education Coach, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. I've completed the ServeSafe training from the Restaurant Association of Maryland, and stay current with trends in the food and restaurant industry.
My motivations for eating plant-based/vegan are founded in health, caring for
the animals, and seeing an urgent need for environmentally-friendly food choices. I also have a background as an art director and graphic designer in marketing and advertising.
